We just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with your company and its service. We aren't in the habit of writing to contractors to compliment them on doing their job, but we thought AZ did an exceptional job!

As you may remember, we interviewed 3 other HVAC contractors before we were told about your company. Since this was a big job, we thought we'd get one final bid. Once you came and spent an hour really looking at the job and discussing it with us we felt assured that your company, while not the cheapest estimate, offered the most for our dollars.

We were not disappointed. Your workers were professional, organized, neat and clean, and the job was completed in only two days! It was a large job to relocate an entire 5-ton unit to our attic, add in a new condenser and re-duct the entire house, but your people handled it with ease!

We have continued to call for adjustments and installation of the kitchen vents as our remodeling progressed. Your workers seem to appear magically at our door at the appointed hour the next day, never making us wait, with covered shoes and an immaculate appearance. They work quickly and quietly to get the job completed and even greet our pet by name.

We are so surprised to find a company in today's lackadaisical times that cares as much about customer service as it does about servicing our HVAC needs.
