In the early months of 2006, my husband and I employed a man who worked independently of a company to install a central heating and air system in our home. The man and his helper completely ruined the job, did not complete the work, and skipped town with over $4,000 of our money. We contacted Norfolk Heating & Cooling, Inc. after searching long and hard for someone to take on the job. Bobby Rhodes and his company took on the job and were fair, professional, and friendly. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up the mess that the other man left behind.

Because of the fine work that Norfolk Air Heating & Cooling, Inc. did in our home, and because they treated us with fairness, respect, and compassion, I will recommend this company to anyone. We not only have a wonderfully working central air and heating system, but we have also developed a relationship with the company that I'm sure will last a very long time.
